Rather than a regular class, this class is semi-private instruction to give you your very own routine that you can do at home. Over 4 weeks, I’ll go over Yoga basics: postures, breathing, a little meditation, and figure out the best poses for you. You’ll end up with your very own individualized routine. Limited to 8 people. This is close to private instruction at a fraction of the cost.

This class is designed for people who get hurt in Yoga, and for whom Pilates is too hard. If you are getting older and remember that you used to move better, or you wonder when you got so stiff, try this class! Class size is limited so everyone gets individual attention; it’s almost like a semi-private training class. If you want to move better, feel younger and look fantastic, start with this one. Some of the class is done standing, some is done on the floor. Focus is on back, neck, and shoulders.

This class is for you if you have an injury or challenge, such as cranky hips, knees, back, neck, shoulders, asthma, or arthritis, that prevents you from going to regular Yoga classes. Class is taught on multiple levels and there is almost always a modification that can work for you. You will get a individual attention to learn what moves are good for you and which ones aren’t. Beginner/Intermediate level.

PILATES works the internal abdominal muscles in addition to some legs and back. Class is taught on multiple levels in order to be accessible to most people. Class is especially geared and suitable for those with back pain.
