This is a phone call. We spend the better part of an hour with you, asking you a lot of questions, so we both get clear on where you are, where you want to be, and what are the best next steps for you to get there. I’ll make some recommendations and come up with a plan that’s specific to your situation. We go from there.
There is no charge for this conversation, and we believe this is the best use for most people’s time, to start.
Sometimes people prefer to bypass the phone consultation – maybe you know exactly what your story is and you know you want to come in for an appointment. If that sounds like you, you can go ahead and make your appointment.
We gather information about where your body is, where the imbalances are from left to right, top to bottom, front to back. We start to get a sense of your tightness patterns, and uneven patterns that are pulling on your spine which are making your back (neck/shoulder) hurt.
Then, we write you a program to return your body to balance. Typically the program will take you 10 minutes to complete each day.
